Scarborough Junction's masterplan, artfully crafted by Giannone Petricone Associates, prioritizes community-centric living with ten new development blocks and two expansive public parks. This ambitious project has evolved from its original proposal, now featuring 14 towers with heights varying between 19 to 58 storeys, designed to offer residents open views and ample sunlight. The architectural diversity and thoughtful placement of these towers aim to establish a unique skyline, while brick podiums at their base ensure a warm, residential ambiance.

Innovative Urban Living

The updated plan showcases an increase in housing units to 7,655, including more than 200 affordable homes, catering to a diverse range of residents with studio to three-bedroom configurations.
